Does Parts Resolve place orders for us?
No. Ordering and RFQ are not live. The API identifies the right part; you buy through existing trade accounts. Marketplace waitlist is on /contact.
Can franchise dealers use this?
Yes — mainly for non-OEM lines and cross-reference checks. Genuine franchise stock can stay on your manufacturer system; Parts Resolve helps everywhere else.
Do you support used / dismantler stock?
Supplier marketplace listings are not live yet. You can still use resolve and fitment data when comparing options from your own used-parts channels.
How do multi-site groups meter usage?
Share API keys carefully or split keys per branch. Workshop Pro allows multiple keys; Platform adds IP allowlisting and dedicated support.
