Can I order parts through Parts Resolve?
Not yet. Ordering and RFQ are not live. Use the API to identify the right part, then buy through your usual trade accounts. Supplier marketplace is waitlist-only via /contact.
Do I need a developer?
If your GMS or counter software supports a custom HTTP integration, your vendor or IT partner can add the key. We document every endpoint on the API services page.
Which plan do most single-site workshops choose?
Garage (£49 / 1,000 requests) covers resolve and DVLA lookup. Upgrade to Workshop Pro when you need bulk resolve or fitment/part-group data.
What if a cross-reference looks wrong?
