Send your stock
CSV, FTP, or live API — whatever you can produce. We map it to the cross-reference graph and your live stock goes searchable, usually within 48 hours.

Get matched orders
When a nearby buyer searches a part you hold, you appear in their results with your price and delivery window. They click, we route the order to you.
- Step 03
Fulfil and get paid
Pick, pack, dispatch on your normal van runs. Parts Resolve handles invoicing for buyers who request it, or you invoice direct — your call.

What does it cost?
No subscription. A small per-order success fee, charged only when an order completes. Detail in the supplier agreement — happy to share before you commit.
I don’t have a stock API. Can I still join?
Yes. Most local suppliers start with a daily CSV export from their till system. We pick it up, parse it, refresh the network. You can move to live API later if it makes sense.
Will I get retail customers contacting me?
No. Parts Resolve is trade-only. Every buyer is a verified business — garage, dealer or fleet — and the platform is not exposed to retail consumers.
How are buyers verified?
Companies House check, trade reference, optional VAT and motor-trade insurance check. Suppliers can also reject specific buyers from their feed.
